SuperSite Blog

Hell on earth

OK, I'm just kidding. But someone has created a MySpace for ... Apple fanatics. So now you can go to one place that combines nauseating site design with jackbooted fanaticism. It's like multitasking, kind of. :)

The MySpace for the rest of us (Steve will call, but we'll be too busy) An online Macintosh forum and community, exploring the Apple universe on iPhones, iPods and Mac's, together.

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Let me bookmark that site right now.  Finally a dedicated place you can go to hear the exalted opinions of all the Mac Fanboys.  A wonderful place to where non-Apple mindedness is ridiculed regardless.  Where there is a single collective consciousness that stems from Cupertino.  Wait... that happens everywhere already.

Point proven in 3....2.....1......

Such low-hanging fruit. Normally I'd swim right past that bait, but the possible responses are too good to ignore:

1) What's the address? winsupersite.com?

2) Wow, that sounds like a SuperSite!

3) Waethorn has a website?

(Relax. It's a joke.)

I'm sorry, I could have sworn you said "Apple". What you're describing is Linux.

It's actually a pretty good idea I think. Myspace is now too bloated and populated by all kind of people, too general in short. I think it's a great strategy to create specialized community sites like that with a better focus. that can only attract more adds as the content is more focused.

I agree the execution is poor though. But it looks like a brand new site anyway... Might need some time to get polished.

Strange and disturbing... The Dark Side is.

""There are dark places in the galaxy where few tread. Ancient centers of learning, of knowledge." Darth Traya.

Besides the supersite which is very respected, I like the Windows Enthusiast Community at Aero Experience great for Windows Users who are sick of the Mac Fanboy spin.

As long as no pages of worship come up of Steve Jobs, to each his or her own.... whatever.

Maybe they can go their and spin the lies of Culpertino and their community. And we can get back to truth and honesty from supersite and not the Fox News like spin and distortion.
