When will the Anytime Upgrade be available and is there any pricing available?  According to the price sheet Ultimate is only $20 more than Pro, so will the Anytime Upgrade be $20?  If that's true, those of us that want Ultimate to be able to boot from a VHD could buy Pro for $99 and then get the Anytime Upgrade.  Otherwise Microsoft wants $219 for Ultimate.
