CEO Jerry Yang. His shareholders are like an ancient mob with torches, pitchforks axes, and battering rams. There is absolutely no way he's going to turn around Yahoo. It was his leadership that got them to this desperate place. I'm sure as soon as the shareholders meeting happens, Mr. Yang will be on the unemployment line or removed as CEO. Yahoo has been a dying ship that either needs a merger or to die. Many of them wanted that Microsoft money and that stock is still going down. Once it drops down to 19 percent, the shareholders are going to want blood. Then I forsee Microsoft coming back in and offering much less money and a new CEO accepting the takeover. I don't think this is over yet, folks. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Thank god for them someone wised up.&lt;/p&gt;
