Wow, Paul seems to be foaming at the mouth recently. Could it be related to Apple's recent success?

- Net Worth more that Dell.

- iPhone Operating System more used than Windows Mobile.

- iPod and iPhone sales continuing to go up.

- People who LOVE their virtual keyboard.

- A mac being named 'fastest windows notebook this year' by PC World.

I think it's very likely he was paid - Apple was losing this case before the court and certainly in the court of public opinion. If I was the kid's lawyer, I would have asked for money to end Apple's pain here (a small amount for apple)

What's more shameful though - this episode or Microsoft's bogus patent bluster against Linux. I know what has a much larger impact on consumers and the marketplace. Of course Paul reservers all his ire and outrage for Apple and lets MS by with a pass (sure, he'll say MS's claims are not supported, but he won't call the company shameful, a liar or any of the accusations he levels at apple). Wonder why.

Truly shameful. The kid started the site when he was 13 yrs old, and revealed the Mac Mini when he was 19 at Havard, but before Apple announced it. Apple was in their right to sue/protect themselves, but this bullying is shameful. I beleive the site was actually an asset to Apple. How stupid.
