Today's version is pretty darn good, excluding Outlook and PowerPoint, but a PwerPoint viewer is installed. Most home users [and possibly business users] needs are met by te free Works. I did experience a few hangups/slowdowns, with IE 7 on ACER&quot;S web site, so I cannot call it a crash as it may just be the web site, and many other sites worked, but I'll comment more when I test more.
