After a couple of weeks I only notice UAC when it pops up when I don't think I'm doing anything to warrant it.

It can save you from yourself if you pay attention and don't just click yes mindlessly.

I don't know why people are complaining about the UAC. Oh my, one more damn click. Its too much for me, I just can't stand it. I.... JUST... CAN'T.... STAND.... IT!!!

Next thing you'll know they'll be complaining about having a browser in your Operating System... er... Nevermind!
