&lt;p&gt;Reading that thread on there I guess its something with the latest firmware. &amp;nbsp;Some have Zune 30's that have not been turned on in months and have older firmware and are still working.&lt;/p&gt;

Guess I'll have to disconnect two HDs and try again. Looks like Microsoft didn't get the installer working properly. &lt;/p&gt;
