They should really tone it down... get rid of the heavy wares included. Slim it and it will be more competitive. I sold my Samsung Omnia (I got one of the firsts in the world) a few weeks after getting ti, because of WinMo. Very unwieldy though the phone is perfectly wonderful.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Microsoft says it is responding to the fierce competition in the phone market by retooling and beefing up its mobile operating system–and by putting it on fewer devices.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;--&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At present, there are around 140 such devices, from a range of cell phone makers, from Samsung to Palm and many in between.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;--&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“I’d rather have fewer devices and be more focused,” he said. That way “we get better integration” between phone and operating system.&amp;lt;&amp;lt;&lt;/p&gt;
