Group Policy Client Side Extensions - Server2003 and VistaSP1

I have 3 vista ultimate machines tied to a Server 2003 SBS machine running Active Directory. I went to go and do my updates and saw that there was a client side extension pack for both OSs. Supposedly this has to do with the Group Policy options.

There is not a lot of information on the MS website and I was wondering if anyone knows specifically what options are now exposed and whether I can change these from the GP editor in 2003 or if I will need to update to 'cougar' when it comes out.

I really don't feel like digging through tons of GP options to see what is new, so if anyone knows off hand if there are any big changes.
