Vista upgrade dvd business to ultimate

Hey guys,
I have original vista ultimate upgrade dvd (upgrade from business to ultimate specific).

I want to try out clean install with this dvd any one knows the way how to do it?

I know one way but never tried. first install without serial and then second time install with serial.

Can i do this way? I am not sure, coz this upgrade is specifically for business to ultimate.

Any suggestion?
